dmg calculation for burst

No, and it was never. Once you've 95% ToHit it's OK. There is a roll for each bullet, 1/6 bullets begin by trying to hit the target, if they miss they will try to hit everything in their path, 1/6 try to hit each target on their path (those two follow the path between you and your target), and 1/3 follow a path on each side of the main one, trying to hit every target on it, and a roll to know if a crit happen for the whole burst is made (only affecting your primary target).
