The one that owned the most n00bz I guess. They are keep respawning, so it's kinda hard task.

Nope there is standing one or more Mages with good Spells like : "Gate" or "Prison", so you will need to hire some magicians for "dispell" their defences and....

This game is all about killing - nothing more

Maybe few quests and some GM Events too.

Obviously, we shouldn't have much power, and shouldn't have done anything big, like noone heard about us in FO2...

The Game Fallout 1 allowed you to have several different endings, but ultimately, they made their own ending and outcome for the wasteland for the timeline leading up to Fallout 2.

Keeping to the timeline is comlete Bull**** because it was written the way they wanted it anyways to make a sequal in their own special way.  But same thing works for the devs because they dont want us obviously Overly destuctive wasteanders to scar the waste's timeline so, their choice.
