ok im new so i dont know wtf ... i didnt join any group and didnt allow anyone to follow me (nothing said in log either about someone following me )

when i entered my tent woot i have guy next to me shoting my ass (a max lv one or so with 160 hp) i runned... entered random square , was alone - healed up , came back to my tent ... none there - but msot expensive stuff was gone - went back to the city, looked around didnt see the guy ...ok decided to enter random desert (not event , it was the empty desert you enter to pick stuff) and woot i have guy shoting at me again and knocking me out with first hit  /gg

either i dont know wtf is happening or its some exploit / bug

This may happen, because some players just think it's a good idea to arrow you and to follow you to your tent. You can only watch out for this.

Eolithe is an Amboy Dukes, they use to do this very often. Sorry for you, dude.

If Eolithe left the location, your tent is safe again, but if he just disconnected in the location, then he may log in at anytime and steal you again.

Better get 10 brahmin skins and built a new tent...
If you leave town and you see the worldmap, allways look to the left of the screen where your name is listed.
If any other (unwanted) name is there under yours, do not go to your tent or base.

Edit: If you want someone to stop being able to follow you, you can select to follow them, which cancels out what they did, and then you quickly escape before he/she tries to follow you again.

Little advice for people who could get caught by followers...

If your char have high outdoors, you can give follower free trip to glow and kick him there
