What should I do to use Super Tool Kit? I moved it to hand - my repair doesn't increase. I move it to backpack - my repair doesn't increase. I use it - my repair doesn't increase.

It gives you "invisible" bonus. ;p You can't see it in character sheet.

Keep it in main hand.
Gives bonus to repairing/dissasembling items.

Ehh, don't know, it never disappeared from me, not after-wipe, nor pre-wipe. Really, after-wipe I used it only 2-3 times.., so don't know.

You can only use it a few times, and when it's broken it disapear from your inventory.

noone knows how many times can one use the super tool kit, once I have reapaired about 30 guns with it, but it also happened to me that it has disappeared after 3 times.

dont repair little broken or worse condition items and you will be able to use it almost forever :D

No. 3 Charisma is the minimum for enslaving people. 3 Charisma = You(1) + Slave(which takes 2 slots)(2)

Does outdoorsman xp diminish as you get higher character level? I've noticed at lvl 9 even though I just increased my outdoorsman xp is a lot less for avoiding encounters

And, btw, than more your level, than less effect outdoorsman gives you, or it's just my real life luck, because right now I got my 9th unavoidable encounter with 120% outdoorsman.

Edit: Hurra! 10th encounter was avoidable, so 9 in a row is normal.
