Enlarge bottom exit grids

My suggestion would be to enlarge the exit grids that are present on the bottom of the maps. It's very annoying to be shot, for instance, in Reno when all you come to do is trade for caps with Jagged Jimmy. This also goes for trying to escape in combat but being forced to go left or right since you can't find the bottom grid.

But when you press f4, it makes combat even harder, because you don't have the interface bar.

F4 works but A and B aren't really that useful alone. I need more function!
