Well you can copy paste the content in a .txt file (notepad), name it "Namecolorizing.txt" and put it in your main FOnline folder. Next time you run the game, the names will be colorized. Edit: I forget, do not copy paste, because cyrillic names will bug. Use the second method ;p
Or just download it, put it in your Fonline folder and make sure it have the right name.

I get the process now, (a thousand ty's) but if that warning is true how do I download it?  I mean, what is the link to the download site?

You shouldn't copy paste, it won't work properly. In your browser, go to file>save page as, NameColorizing.txt.
