I also noticed that weapon skill now has more meaning with distance.At 210% small guns i have about 80% chance to hit at 35 meters, even 60% with different mobs. I used to have 95% chance at any distance.Either skill has been revised, or the chance to hit now takes into account the actual weapon you are using (HK90 smg). I also noticed that scoped Hunter and Sniper Rifle have lower than 95% chance at close range with the mentioned SG skill.I find this actually pretty cool, opens up new tactics and strategies, and affects character builds as well.Also, is the tracking system implemented? Is that why i now leave red droppings as i travel?
