Weak healing powder gives a 0 timeout for crafting. Shouldn't it be at least a minute?

Also you've made my new character build obsolete by making high-quality alloys craftable at 100 science :p

I guess the lag is because the server can't handle all the people downloadind the update at the same time, try in an hour.

If you want do damage get ready to craft MFC, 2k+ caps and some shit to do 100 shots (if you have rifle ofc.). Todo it you should be ready to die in BH with 2k caps, and finally to die in Mariposa.
There was an alternative: you could make plasma pistol and kill shit. Now it takes twice longer to make ammo for it =)
Yeah I know, teh goal is to make game playable only in groups, but really...look at small gunners, its so way easier to make some normal guns and ammo.
And finally, if you want to do good stuff or ammo,as a SGer, you just log your twink and go to high quality mine. Yes you can die, but loss is not compared with MFC-required resources.

SEC were bug - all ammo lv 0 are supposed o be crafted in 50 batch
