[Reloaded] Mapper stuttering no smooth scrolling

During scrolling map it stutters or let say jump over the section of viewport it looks totally different compare to 2238's mapper. Micro lag or something like that I do not know how to call it.

Change Scroll* options, or better yet - copy config from client you're normally using to play.

This is my config which I normally use to play. The same config I use in 2238 client and you see it is smooth.
