Yh i guess it was  a GM and it was a event ruules were you had to be a lv1 bluesuit i think and you cant bring anything nothing and you go to the location and Frank Horrigan was standing there massive and well like 60 bluesuits ( well a lot at-least ) then he would give us the rules and instructions and yh that was fun

I thought skins are given out more today than 2 years ago. Back then we still had other plans for skins, which was the reason why GMs were not allowed to give skins to players (well, yeah, most ignored this anyway). But as the plans never had been realized...

It's still bad to give out special skins such as power armor, though. If we'd wanted players to run around with it, we would simply make the armor available.
