So if I was going to er... Player Vs Player fight... I'd much rather hang back and hope for the best then charge into the fray like cannon fodder (No Offence to you Ape's out there) so I've messed around in the character planner and have created a drug fuel plasma rifle sniper, critical kind of guy.

Weapons/Armor: Combat Armor and Plasma rifle.
His decent OD skills let him reach the town quickly, where he'll smoke some cancer sticks and inhale some jet before finding a nice spot. From there he will take eyeshots at apes who will presumably be wearing Combat Armor. Doing good criticals with his plasma rifle he should be able to melt some bad guys or atleast damage them while his allies finish them. He'll be able to take 2 eye shots in a row and will be wearing Combat Armor to help ward off the -15 DR from the jet and his shitty 140hp, his first aid skills help heal himself or his allies and his 50% doctor is just enough to take the dead man walking perk.
