What would the point of this be? Low level chars in high lever gear is a waste of items since they die so easily

O GOD please no!  WoW is your game for that goofy shit.  seroiously, lvl 3 to be able to put on a leather jacket are you kidding me?  Have any of you actually played fallout 1 or 2?

I like it , but more you gain experience less you should depend from item because you are a truly badass
so I suggest

lvl 1 apa                                        / weapon bozar
lvl 3  pa                                       / weapon gauss pistol
lvl 6  brotherhood combat armor    / weapon plasmarifle
lvl 9 combat armor                     /  weapon minigun
lvl 12 metal mk2                       / weapon combat shotgun
lvl 15 metal armor                   / weapon hunting rifle
lvl 18 leather armor mk2         / weapon 10mm smg
lvl 21 leather armor             / weapon 10 mm pistol
lvl 24 jacket                    / weapon spear

I generally do not like games which have "level requirements" to wear gear. It doesn't belong in this game. I do not see issue with level 1 wearing combat armors because they well end up dying with it anyways. When you take into consideration that being level 24 wearing combat armor (which is the best armor at the moment) doesn't mean you can go out farming enclave solo.

I don't really see a level based item system belonging in this game. I don't even like the idea of power armors in 2238. The PvP is not as good when you run around in them like the navarro event.

Now if we are talking about the russian server TLAmk2 (before the current wipe and beta test) it was good balance because it required alot of resource gathering, and had a skill based requirements for craftering such items which is good balance. These games are more about crafting for good armor than just farming stuff and having a level requirement for the armor. TLAmk2 had the best balance when it comes to crafting and obtaining best gear but it is also very complicated and time consuming.

2238 is more about having a stock pile of stuff because in this is a game where you die alot. This isn't a game where you need gear for your level requirement because monsters of such level well be tough without wearing armor desiginated for your level.

Who the hell needs armor anyways, you can basically just level 1-24 blue suit on floaters centuars vs aliens in real time with any weapon if you have enough ammo. The idea of I need to be such and such level to use gear is very pointless, fallout games were never like that. This comes from the original game mechanics of fallout1/2 which many of us praise, like, and wouldn't want it changed.
