i remember when i played with friends on TLA we were more or the less "hunted race" ;D, on the other hand there are many reasonable and friendly russians here and on requiem. Every nation has own "Pks" and "APKs".

With all the rumors people are saying that Russians, Mongolians, or Romanians are idiots and are only PKers, no wonder why they kill everyone on sight... name calling is weak...

Russians are like sophisticated npc bots added to the game to enhance the flavor of your playing experience.  It's Ok to kill them they don't have souls, just like toasters.
