How the hell do you guys enjoy playing the game without walls...

Players do such things as removing walls, marking blockers, change weapon sprites etc. etc. to just enhance their own awareness. It's common in any other games, especially in first-person shooters to simplify graphics, textures, color or even remove, modify something, anything if it just helps the player to be a bit more perceptive, to perceive the game environment more efficiently and thus performing better at the game, means player usually will enjoy the game more. To some extent it helps and sometimes a lot, in 2238 not much, but generally it does.

So, if you see someone removing walls, next time you'll know that he did that because the game is more enjoyable for him that way.
