and what for you need rifle in tb when all battles in tb are in close range? you are the one without brain

you clearly dont get it. You need high ST, cause u use rifle (laser for example). You need high PE, cause its TB build. Im not sure how long does you play, but... well its just not true that there is no range fights. Ive seen all kinds of TB traps, including grid camping snipers, so high PE is good thing. Besides, almost any city tile gives you opportunity to hide 40hexes from spawns, so whats actually bad in having high pe?

And your advice to get 10 end... well it makes no sense (did you ever tried tb build?), since you wont get hit at all (bonus move + walls). Thats why you dont need any tougnesses, thats why jet has only pros in that build. Are we clear now?

Yeah, for un-called shots... it's enough for 95% at the max range of a laser rifle.
