thieves and trading issues possible solution

here's my slightly alterd post from the "thieves overpowerd" topic in general:

Note: this is not the same as a auction house!!!



here's a idea:   the trading house (JUST ONE), bulletproof glass etc and costs 350 caps per person to use.
so two peopl go in and have to pay 350 caps each. (maybe more?)

IF they both go in the go to a small 'instance' (location) it's called i believe. the players are seperated by a bullitproff window but they can trade for 2-3 mins after which they get kicked out by the npc

the thieves will be mad at this but it might just make things more fun for most people. This is not meant to nerf the thieving ability. simply to make it possible to trade a bit better. It's rather odd that there isn't a trade house already. It would be more realistic in my opinion to have one.


questions:
1. where to locate it?
2. would level player determine cost price of using trade house?

Didn't read whatever thread you're talking about, so sorry if this has been discussed but: No one is going to use it - if it costs anything more than 10 caps, that is.

2. No, level should not affect it. It's called alts. People will just make a low level alt to trade with.

But the idea itself sounds good, 'cept for the money bit.

hmm your right about the alts thing.
yeah people wouldn't use it if it cost that much i guess

but is the idea any good?
