How about adding Frank Horrigan or The Master back as final test/mission of some sort... BUT YOU CANNOT TAKE THEIR WEAPONS/ARMOR!

i remeber to see one enclave soldier with vindicator last season but idk if they have this time vindicators too , and the chance to find some enclave encounter with vindicator is equal to zero ^^

at first we need better armos, i could see g11 and g11e in game to balance sg brusters. same bozar - build for it is v hard to make it is bg sniper. vindicator yes but only if we have better armos. plulse rifle - only pistols and with out sd, gauss rifle - from special encounter and i would love to craft pa or apa but if we needed tons of rare items to craft it.
i would see ap needer ammo and some ea combats.

Pulse pistol is worse than plasma pistol right now because is not boosted ;p

Power armor wouldn't even be that op if it was like gausspistol-rare. Then again you can grind gauss pistol  ::)

Actually PA are not soo great, they don't have soo big resistance, only one difrent is +2 str :P

they are good against laser and explosiv. i could see pa in game, but you know big armor - big target
