How to get negotiator perk ? I have any idea where this dialog at Gas Station and T-Ray dont want to give it, maybe some other npc ? Any suggestion ?

for explorer perk you just need to have visible all trains stations on the map...

what is needed for scout??? i have it on one character but forgot what i have done with it

1) I can't find Tamira, even though im joggin in Gecko for an hour. Is she hidden somewhere? >.>

Tamira is not in Gecko. She is in Gordon's gas station, which is located in sector 14:18 on the worldmap. I don't remember the exact dialogue though. Just don't act like a pussy or insult her. If you get it wrong, she will attack you, but don't worry about it. You can come back and try again if you die.

Tamira is in the Gordon's Gas Station more or less on to the east of New Reno. The dialogue key is 1-1-1-1-2-1-2 if i remember correctly.

Help with SCOUT perk, please.
I am a citizen of vc, got 175 od- like it should, but i dont have any dialog option with that guard to get scout. Any sugestions???

To leave Vault City faction you have to go in the third building on the left in the inner city, with a Vault City emblem on it and two minigun guards near the door. Once you are in it, go to one of its computers, and choose Miscellaneous > Resign.
The guards will most probably shoot you right after this, so be sure you have nothing to loose.
