There is no Terminal in VC, You need to go to the V15 or Necropolis vault(by watershed), on the third floor down.

Thx Tomo, yes I did this eventually.
Vault 15 is unguarded but better than  nothing.
I understand now why the super stimpacks are sold so expensive on the forum.

PS : nothing to do with my previous post but i just discovered something.
Apparently, if you travel in the wasteland, poisoned and reach 0 hp, then, you die straight away.

But something strange happened.
I was hunting bp and exploded on a mine, i had -1 hp.
One rat arrived and hit me, -3 and I suddenly died... I can not explain that one.

Nope. A Day's pass won't prevent you from getting shot by guards near the Vault.

Well, it would be really cool to get the VC medical terminal back but also for a fee, e.g. paid in Chemical Components or/and a lab assistant job in (fetch stuff and bring in another room, rinse and repeat) in lower levels of the vault.

Something like GR job.

I'm having trouble getting into the toxic caves. I've talked to meloy, and he simply gave me the quest for the abandoned ship. I went through all of the dialogue trees that I could. Any advice?


EDIT: Got it figured out. I swear the option wasn't there earlier...or maybe I just overlooked it.

Where are you running to in such a hurry citizen? Any particular reason why you're carrying so many fire arms and ammo? No running in this zone. Your eyes are a little bloodshot citizen...

I wasn't. I was naked as a prostitute, so he has kind of overreacted.

When in pipboy there is message that guards saw that player stole my stuff, I can't kill him? Answear is yes, but why? This game is stupid, I saw that I was robbed (and guards saw too), but when I shoot at thief, guards kill me.
Is this new tla mk2 feature implented to 2238?

The text has to be red.
If the text that says something like "that bloke tried to steal from you" in green that means he is still protected.

Remember the text has to be red.

Sorry man I know it sucks, but you're really not supposed to be gunned up there.
There's an idea, if guards catch theives in the act THEY open fire, then let you loot THEM...

The answer is in the screenshot. You arn't allowed to hold your weapon out in Junktown, else they shoot you.
