How many parking spaces in a tent?

I think it depends on the map.  The city maps for example can only hold 4 vehicles, while desert can hold like 6 or so.

Ok I've tried searching wiki & google, but I can't find who gives this quest.

Train Station?  That's what I'm assuming you meant... except I see no stairs anywhere inside San Fran Train station.  I talked to every NPC in SF train station and nothing.  I must be high...

It was called "Subway Station".
In the game dialogues use a similar name, I guess.

The encounter finder says just east of San Fran mining site I think. Although I've never found them there. 

p.s. that's different from Super Mutant Remnants right?

In that case a little south of fort seth and west of there I frequently find them & ncr army.

Although I've found them from SF down to fort seth.

near san fran mine there was none and i knew about near fort seth. seems best place thou ,near fort seth.

I got my dots mixed up sorry.  I meant just west of Mariposa.  I have found that sometimes they seem to be "hiding".  I was hunting around Fort Seth the other day and couldn't find them at all.  A few weeks back they were popping up every 2 or 3 encounters. 

I've found them all the way up to a few squares east of San Fran, but yeah, Fort Seth is the best.

do you have 1 charisma? you cant barter with 1 you need atleast 3 to trade. some npc's do trade with 1 thou check the wiki to see which ones.
