THE PURPOSE
The purpose behind the founding of this gang is simple. There's been a disagreement in BBS command element as to how the gang should be run and we've decided it'd be best if we parted ways at this point. TBI is going to be PvP oriented, striving to redefine the standards of gang warfare in FO 2238. It is going to remain allied with BBS main faction, but with totally separate structures.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- close cooperation with BBS main force and Dark Alliance support
- professional approach to PvP aspects of the game
- clearly defined rules and command structures
- BBS-level coaching and help in building your character, including but not restricted to direct BBS involvement
- mature, dedicated players

WHAT YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT
- direct access to BBS resources; TBI is a separate entity, this rule goes both ways
- easy victories; always outnumbered, never outgunned is going to be our motto
- casual approach to the game; we give a lot, we expect a lot

REQUIREMENTS
- acceptable proficiency in Polish
- at least 20 years of age; exceptions are possible, but if you're younger don't get your hopes high
- loyalty to the group, we don't want any gang-hopping here
- ability to accept your place in the chain of command - TBI is NOT going to be a democratic institution, you are expected to follow orders and lead your elements with dedication
- ability to use external voice-communication software (you really can't dodge that... seriously)

WHAT IS NOT REQUIRED
- high-level character; you will receive help in leveling up
- good equipment; we will craft and loot what we need
- proficiency at group PvP; you will use TBI tactics, techniques and procedures once you join

TBI is growing stronger, a few players are already in and taking part in DA combat actions. Still, we need more people to spread ruin and misery all over the wasteland - so new members are more than welcome!
