Great work man, I like this a lot due to it to let us plan a build pretty much faster than the older ones, drugs are included, not necessary to press button to lvl up as the FOnline calculator.
I just have to say, very well done.

Looks nice as the previous one. But still something:
- You can take your SPECIAL below 0 with drugs.
- You can take your SPECIAL below 0 or above 10 with traits.
- You can tag all skills.
- You can choose all traits.
- You can take your skills over 300.
- You can take perks even if your don't meet the requirements.

It is not a problem, becouse everyone who knows how to make character, knows how to do it.
Also implementing this features requires additional 5000+ lines of code.

Yes, because it is not a planner but analyzer. In my opinion this way is much easier to create character :-)

The tags, special, traits are not a big deal, but the perks are bit impractical.

You can not  take perks if your don't meet the requirements of SPECIAL, but you can take perks even  if your don't meet the requirements of Skill Point, this is a diferent situation.
