Has anyone given any thought to the tribal armor that looks like the kind in fallout tactics? It looks kinda more wastelandish over looking like a Native American like Sulik.

I have a so-so tire-armour, do you have any reference material for viper stuff (except text)?

Yeah, I had bone armor idea too - would look cool for tribal elders and stuff.
I still can be reached over e-mail if you somehow need anything from me. Don't see a reason why you would, but if you do, e-mail remains the safest bet, as I do not visit this forum reliably anymore.

What about some craftable patch, you can mix it with an armor (like CA) and it adds a red cross on your armor's arms or so? (Giving some bonus to doctoring skills, otherwise medics won't wear it).

Excellent idea, that would require only a texture change.

But i was also thinking about some cap, blood-stained apron and surgical mask...  Or perhaps a nurse outfit for female players? :3

and i think we will need some faction armors too for:
NR thugs
Redding miners
VC police officers
NCR police officers(including Hub)
JT oufit(LA variation)
Enclave Scientist and grunt armor(not PA)
BoS robes
FotA jackets and science oufits
some "Wasteland Setlers" oufits

and also some super mutant and ghoul armors for Player Races

I think it would be nice to add some kind of olive green military outfit to the guards in San Francisco. They could have a Chinese flag on one of the sides of their jacket, and a red star on their hat (as they are communists now).

The Chinese Outfit from Fallout 3 could make a good inspiration... but not the Ushkanka which looked rather Russian.

I'd suggest also the classic female Fallout haircut, the bald head looks somewhat weird.

Eheheh. She's bald because noone made the Van Buren hairstyles compatibile with Karpov model yet. It's the matter of time and someone's good will.

And I did not do that either because I do like the bald head  :P

If someone has anything that at least looks like hair, I can add it. I think the texture is more important than the shape.

I'd love to do that, but I have no experience whatsoever what skills are needed. Really missing the female "bubi-head". :/
