It seems the NCR sheriff's are dead.

Last night RES. and his friends and me and my friends skirmished over NCR with high rep. and the sheriff's were no where to be found.

Alphonse that feature dont work properly ;) you can be killed and agressor will be not guard shot outed even if you have 1k rep

When ever I run around in town, if someone is hurt, and you see the touch animation I am healing or doctoring. I have 24% steal. If you see me standing around people I'm whispering them or something. If you need flamers I can get you some.

I went to NCR with RA and I was hurt a bit 1 guy aproached me and I thougth he was going to FA me but he planted bomb on me instead I had to run fast on worldmap and drop the bomb.

I used to be a bag of dicks, but then I grew up. I gave many of you guys a hard time, but on the other side I kept myself busy with helping players, and I never gave up on that.
