Frisco is not as much walk to workbench from enter-zone as NCR or Junktown and a mine just 2-3 sectors away.
Be aware that the city-sectors around SF and SF mine are pretty deadly when u encounter mercs as low level bluesuit.

favorite quote of my faction first day after wipe was "lololo mercs"

I dont know exactly about Klamath, but its unguarded anyway, what makes mass production dangerous.

if your powerful enough.... go to redding, kill the aliens (90hp each) and then craft as much as you want as redding has a workbench right next to the mine elevator and the mine itself is in the town, otherwise its eighter junktown, ncr or gecko (i dont recomend gecko as CS usually kills miners there to loot your ore, be aware that they have scouts that look like miners who call the PKers like hubertus and others) San fran is deadly yea.... modoc and that area is also viable for crafting but has limitations of no electonic parts and no junk nearby (also unguarded towns)

NCR is good spot for low level characters.
If you got more levels then go to Redding.

There are basic rocks and workbench at Ghost Farm, but entering/leaving this area might be a problem.

NCR is good spot for low level characters.

Junktown is better in my opinion.
Less players means less thieves and it's closer to town which might be nice if you have low outdoorsman.

Fellas, if i read this right then i think this guy wanted a town where he dont need to run a while until he stands infront of the workbench. what applys to JT and NCR thoug they are one of the safest place to craft (if u dont count thieves)
