Title: Full Screen on a Widescreen monitor

My monitor is 1440x900 - a resolution unsupported by FOnline which only goes up to 1280.

I know I can play on window mode, and I do on 1280x800. It looks fine. On fullscreen however, everything looks a bit distorted. Regardless of whether I use a 16:10 resolution or a 4:3 one.

I've played other games on regular 4:3 resolutions - 1024x768 and so on all work fine in Windows 7. Windows 7 adds empty black bars on either side to fix the aspect ratio, but it doesn't help in FOnline.

 So, what I was wondering is if any of you guys have the same problem and did you get it working?

uhm well... ive typed my own number 1440 and width 900, saved, played. and yes theres black blanks at sides... dunno what you want me to answer, but id say it looks as good as in windowed, except it has still those places blank black, uhm, i use XP

It has to do with your computer settings. Some newer computers allow to change the settings for any program that is set to take up the whole screen. I don't know much else, but I think you can find option to possibly change this in Control Panel -> Display.
