Title: High-end F2 items

....uh is stuff like Power Armor (mkII ?) , Gauss Rifle , Bozar, Vindicator and others avaible for PC ?

and second question - if i create new char and play it without delating old one (will not play it but in case i will want to go back it ...) against rules?
