Title: Fallout Tactics Style Interface

I made an interface mod in fallout tactics style. I changed only the main interface and work only in 1024x768 resolution. May it has some bugs becouse this is my first interface mod.

I use a character portrait from fallout tactics in the place of the grate, but it's optional, edit the "IntMainPic1024x768.png" if you wish.

Why not 800x600 for everyone who doesn't have higher resolution possible for reason or another?

Scaling it down isn't enough, you have to edit the .ini files aswell (a boring and horrible job, atleast it is for me :P )
