Title: Lockpicking

I suggest that lock from locker/car/car trunk must be removed after  lockpicking, after this you can lock locker/car/car trunk by craftable lock.

Ok, good.
But lock from locker must be removed after lockpicking too, because locker at base useless if it was locked and key is lost.
