Title: About Perks... "Skipping"

Here's what i wanted to know,
Could i skip a perk? and still be able to obtain that perk (but a diff 1) later?

Example :
Awareness 3
More Critical 6
Life giver 12
Life Giver 13
Better Criticals 15
More Critical 18
More Critical 21

I missed the park @ lvl 9, so i could obtain live giver at 12 + 13

Is this possible or will i lose a perk as soon as i can gain another perk?

you basically just missed out on your level 9 perk

you cant skipp it, its to prevent skipping all perks until lvl x to get only high level perks.
You can skip choosing a perk for 2 levels (no skilled trait), but then on 3rd level your perk that you can choose will still be only 1 = you loose the other lower level perk

You can take a level 9 perk on levels 9-11.
You can take it after applying the skill points and clicking the done button at level 11.

Ty for the advice :D All i needed to know, and i aint missed anything as i didn't start doing it, wanted to know before hand.
