Title: Build for a beginner crafter/sniper?

Whats a good crafter/sniper build for a beginner like myself? Ive just installed the game after getting sick of fallout 3+fook2+mmm crashfests.. And this game looks pretty incredible 2bh. Planning on having this build supply my dedicated fighter/sniper with weapons and such, along with eventually crafting for a gang/faction.

The build Ive come up:

Your build's SPECIAL is incorrect or you have forgot to list Small Frame as second trait. But anyway, your build looks good.
