Title: Special Encounter(?) - The Potential Leader of The Ganger

Today one of my frd ran in a encounter, with a few male npc wearing Metal/Leather Amror and armed with small guns/melee

The map only hav a few wasted cars but nothing special. Bcoz those npc were chasing him(he was only lvl2=P), so he cant do anything esle but run away.

Those npc were named as "ganger", one of them is named "The Potential Leader of The Ganger"

Is this a new special encouter?

Anyone knows?

Where on the WM did you guys encounter them?

If not in boneyard zones, then it's a bug.

Yes, he met this encounter around the Boneyard library

isnt this the "reward" for choosing to allow an NPC to live in one of the quests? You get jumped by 3 guys sent after you for not killing the father and the kid right?
