Title: Make BRD a one rank perk

Well, since the huge avengers nerfs, which make it far less interesting, I suggest to change Bonus Ranged Damage, to make it have only one rank, which would add +4dmg to your weapons. It would definitely let pure DPS minigunners builds more viable against crit builds.

What about crit+brd builds?
Crit build = 4 perks.
BRD build = 2 perks.
CritoBRD build = 6 perks, with this it'll be 5 perks. ;p

I have only 15% crit and x2 BRD, but I'm mostly for fun power build for assault rifle, in arena use p90 and I have criticals quite often and x2 BRD + critical hit = 100% death.
So, it'll make critoBRD simply stronger.
