So, I've noticed the Bald dude is finished it would be pretty cool to implement it into FOnline. All my appreciation are belong to the guys who made it.

It could be officially introduced but not everyone'll like it, because, I don't know. People don't like good things, I guess.

So with implementation please tell me bald dude npcs will have full animations as well? :D

Yes, they most probably will. (the ones that share the same armor types as the player character)

Solar, I'm gonna have to contradict you there...
Technically speaking, the bald dude NPCs will not have the complete animation set, unless the devs set the model to that one, therefore, trappers will still have orange pants, instead of the green ones, and besides.
It'll be quite awesome to swap the marauders from an Ian Model to LJ longhairdude models, as well as swapping out a few mercs for better skins (like blackdude sledgeman to MA Longhair... or some of the incomplete mercs...).
It really is up to the devs of how they're gonna implement The Blad Dude, because if they do it in the fashion that they implemented the longhairdude, you're not gonna have them trappers with RLs anytime at all since it will be player exclusive...

finally i can have bald dude with a rocketlauncher and a metal armor blasting them floaters!

This implies that only the ones with the armors and animations that the normal player dudes have the full animation set, not the baldie with the brown pants as you already said. ;)

The "shitty ancient trapper" can use all weapons except big guns, miniguns and rocket launcher, as far as I remember. Maybe he can't use hammers as well.

As I said, it's more like that in the general comparison betwen the two de-haired peolple, therefore SAT as it is the less "complete" one of the two...
