yeah i was wondering if your fallout online account gets deleted after not playing for a while?

Only if a wipe happened. Else it will not get deleted.

Wipe delete all character from game and everything what players got.

Its like hitting the "refresh" button on the server. Many changes have been implemented, many things work diffrently now and the devs want a new "clean slate" of testing.
