Title: Hinkley- low and medium tier weapons

more weapons and mach rules at Hinkley: add low and medium tier guns and rules for games:

SG:low tier:
hunting rife
12mm pistol
combat shotgun
revolver

BG: low tier:
flamer
M60

EW: low tier:
laser pistol

SG:medium tier:
assault rifle
10mm pistol
10mm SMG
H&K CAWS

BG:medium:
Roket launcher(and at hick tier pot other RL)
improved flamer

EW: medium:
M-L pistol
Plasma pistol


and also sort them as there tier
ex(for armors):
you: i whoud like a body armor
she: what tier?
you:low tier, please
      hmm, maybe some medium tier
      i wanna suport everything:the highest tier posible

or something like this

HIGH TIER

yeah, but some builds are based for the usage of:

M-L Pistol

the laser cripelers
and:

Magnum speed reloader

the gunslingers

thats why i created this, it doesn't say Magnum Speed Reloader, BUT, it says ONE HANDER.
