Title: Suicide command

Hi,

I have suggestion to add ~suicide <your nickname> command for purposes of committing suicide. I had encounter, Rogues and Rangers. I had good reputation with Rangers. Last rogue hit me and knocked out, I had -8 HP, then ranger killed that rogue, so I had to wait for x minutes until I regenerate. In this situation suicide command would be very useful.

P.S. Actually poison saved me, I lost 1 HP and then replication timer started, but imagine situation that fight would end leaving you (unpoisoned, unradiated) with -19 HP and 1 HP regeneration rate.

This would also stop people from being able to lock you in rented rooms.
