Title: Skum Pitt always closed

Skum Pitt is always closed in Junktown. I guess it should be opened because on the wiki it is written that there is a merchant. So why the door is always locked?

somoene obviously put a lock on the door, I remember breaking in there on my alt once, just get a lockpicker to open it

I'm 99% sure it becomes locked every day... so I doubt someone going "hehehehe I put lock on Scum Pitt's doors heheheh" and wasting all of those locks. Probably just a bad game mechanic.

I appreciate the opening/closing thing is atmospheric, but it just ends up being a pain in the ass more than anything.

Yeah in Fallout1 don't know what version this damned Skum Pitt was always closed so I had to explode door, even at day, trader came out from "bed room" to bar or whatever, but doors still closed.
Probably from Fallout1...

It's a known bug that appears when something went wrong with timer events or so.
