Title: Startup F6/F8/F10 settings.

I suggest making entries in fonline2238.cfg, for names display, mouse scrolling and TC area display settings at client start.

this is a good ideea, i got a some laptop bug and the only F-key that works is F6

make the F-key setting toogleble in the configure

or make the hot-Keys costumable(a.k.a. make your own hot-Keys)

and "q" & "w" should be on at start too.

This should be optional and should be part of the configuration part in the launcher.
