Title: Adrenaline rush perk

 Update and wipe is coming and maybe there is the last chance to change something for  half of a year.

 Adrenaline Rush    level 6, ST < 10    +1 to ST when less than 50% HP

 Adrenaline rush is totalny useless perk (you can take Gain ST instead of this), but could be decent choice for some PvP (not only) chars. Idea of getting bonus if you are realy hurt is nice, but ST bonus is nonsense. So what kind of bouns would you want to see? (the condition of less than 50 percent HP will stay).

 Also i think that n.4 option will win, but IMO is too strong.

It's "BRD", Bonus Ranged Damage, not "BROD".

How about +2 AP? I mean if you are hurt and scared (50% HP rather makes you scared, no?), you can run like hell.

Thats right this perk is shit. +2 AP? Sounds cool. I like it.

 2 AP or even BROF perk is too much i think, because of drugs nerf. I understand that you have only 50 HP, but it could be still 120 HP in your tank char.. And i look on this problem from angle of PvP player, not turnbased one.

Yeah, either +2 AP (not +1 because then Action Boy would be all-around better)... Or +1 AP and +1 ST.

but I'm thinking +2 Strength. If it was +2 Strength, HtH builds might actually pick it, and let this perk be able to temporarily raise your Strength above 10, so that if you have 9 or 10 ST to begin with, it will make you have over 10.

The SPECIAL system doesnt allow stats beyond the 10 border.

The solution I propose, is 2 extra ap ONLY for movement and +5% dr

 i dont think so it is neccesary to balance turn based, because only minority plays tb (there is not absolutely necessary tb if you want to leveling). and if yes, than boost bonus move perk rather.

 this perk should be for pvp. +2 ap is to many if you can take it at level 6, i can see it acceptable at lvl 12, where you will have to make compromise:

 there is obligatory lifegiver, so 3 perks 15,18,21 you will have to replace.. so if you are making max ap build, you have to take brof, and 2x action boy, or one gain ag if you dont have even AG. so there you can have + 2 ap via action boy, or 1-3 by aboy and adrenaline => this looks reasonable.

I don't think this perk will be changed, but the easiest way is just add Psycho effect if your HP < 50%, which will be stack with real psycho effect.

With afterwipe Psycho, tank build is:
1) BA+x2 toughness+x2 lifegiver+psycho=250 HP and 65% normal DR, so when they will have <= 125 HP, they will have 80% DR +some attributes.
2) Tesla armor+same=45% normal DR, and 60% DR on adrenaline rush.

Edit:
Forgot to take beer into account, if PE isn't neccesary, so it'll be even 85% DR for BA and 65% DR for tesla.

Imho Adrenaline rush should be close combat perk.

Anyway its pointless to discuss things like perks/traits because they need overall overhaul such as weapons for instance. There are tons of them but only a few are really useful and used.
