Title: Um...This is odd

Well...I downloaded the game, installed it fine and made my account and started playing, thats where it got weird, My character looks like he's on fire and I cant move. Is there any way to fix this problem? Because I really wanna play this game already.

Ok its working but I dont see any players? Where are the populated towns?

NCR is the most populated.  stay away from large groups (most likely to get bombed) and keep your valuables in your hands (keep your gun in your off hand when in guarded towns)

And if you're thinking "how can I keep all my valuables safe with just two hands!?" you're carrying too many valuables.
