I've actually been thinking about this for a while now...
What in the hell does charisma has to do with keeping brahmin, all you need to do is to jerk the rope and get them moveing, therefore they ought to be strength dependant, and to a certian extent agility dependant too, and as an addition they ought to only take up one party slot instead of two, I don't really see anything wrong with that, and it isn't unbalanced because of the approximate 40hp and the inability for them to use weapons, or just remove the world limit for brahmin and set the party limmit of brahmin to 6 no matter your charisma, so whatcha think, I didn't really think it necessary to plan it out though...

yyeeeezzzz, how are you gonna persuade a cow to follow you?
hey mr. Cow if I put this rope around your neck will you follow me til i sell you off, tell you to stay somewhere, or just blow your brains out?
"Mooo-yes."

Sounds good to me, especially because like you said, they don't have combat dialog, so it's not like someone is going to stockpile them and bring them to fight in Town Control.

You can stash lots dynamites into brahmins, then send 20 brahmins to enemy and it'll be fun.
Btw it's fixed already that brahmins can throw grenades?
And they still can open doors?
-
That would be a way to use Dynamite in Town Control, so that would be even better. Besides, you could already do that with slaves, but you'd have to plan it out almost perfectly for it to work, because of the timer, so I don't see a down-side in that. And the other points you make are most likely just bugs and shouldn't affect the suggestion.

Pfft, you say you can't do that but we all know the truth ::):

3 more to the right and 6-12 more guys inside.
We got them all yesterday... Just log relog on the alts that hold them and you could have an army in a town in 15 minutes.

it's brahmin we're taking about, not trapper slaves, not slaves at all for that matter, michael, stop trolling and read...

Okay, if you have like 15+ slaves at a base, then if you can get the 3+ characters to go online and bring them all to the TC town at the same time without dual-logging, then yes that would work and that is what is intended, but that isn't the point here; this suggestion is about brahmins.
No one is going to bring in a brahmin army that can't even attack correctly because it doesn't have commands to Town Control, and you can only have 6 brahmin at a time at most, according to the suggestion, so this suggestion isn't going to unbalanced town control. and 6 brahmin are a pushover, at best. Maybe there should still be a global limit on brahmin you can have at your base, but make it not count towards the global limit of your slaves.

actually, a global limit of like 20 brahmin woul be nice (just thought of it after finishing "The Herd" coop mission in RDR) that sound fair?

10 is enough I think but I like idea. More is better. Cows dependent on charisma are just funny... I should start draw :>
