Title: Where to get tobacco?

Title says all. Need that +1 perception for me snipah build to be perfect.

Tobacco is not implemented yet so until next update you have to buy cigarettes.

Like Chiko said its not implemented yet. Beside buying cigarettes from vendors (if they got any) and/or players the only way to get some is via the loot you get from controlling a town.
