Title: Opening an Italian section in the Forum

Hi, i really don't know if this is the right place to ask, also, this is my first post, but what is needed to open an italian forum in the "Foreign Wastes"??  ???

From older thread, but fits here perfectly (just change chinese to italian :))

Ah okay, thanks for the information...I'll try to find enough italians to open a subforum and someone to be its moderator.  :)
