one of the many funny things was me and my pwn faction (3 people) were shoping in bh. We use skype to talk to each other then my grandma calls me. I am in the shop talking to my grandma my freinds are getting pked and i rejoin the confrence call their like my metel aremor nooo. so i run in that hole in the back room of the genrel store. wait a while then leave then i was about to go back to the tent then you have encounted ultdament raiders (ones with the assult rile) with a car behind me point blank you were hit for 50 then 60 and was killed.....
you got anyother funny stuff not like i pked this guy with my minigun in the den and i loled like i pked this guy in combat armor with little girls with nades

I encountered an armed man in the wasteland. We stood few steps away staring at each other. I was ready to burst him and he prolly was ready to do the same. After a moment we just both walked in opposite directions without saying a word.

Using rockets is always fun. Especially when you blow up something unexcpected, like a invisible sneaker next to your actual target.
Also, when you're grinding xp on centaurs-floaters-aliens with someone, its hillarious when the creeps hit your friend in the legs and cripple them. Especially if neither of you is a doctor.

I was at orange (yellow) circle near NCR by my unarmed troll.
Damn PK in CA/BA crippled my bother legs with laser pistol, left me only 10 HP, I was moving 2 hexes per turn shouting "BRRRAAAIINS" and even punched two of them some time, I was asking them to kill me, but everytime they refused, then I tried to loot some bodies of dead blusuiters, but they were faster and picked up everything before I crawled there. I had alot chances to punch them into hands (because walking around to face for eye punch them will consume all APs), but unforutunately I only doped thier weapon and had no APs to pick up T_T Whatever I found 10mm pistol laying on the ground after another poor victim, picked it up, then shouted that I'll kill them all, hopefully they believed (but I had only 1 PE, pistol had only 2 or 3 bullets and 45% SG skill....) so they killed me and I was happy.

It was in second era, i think, dual loging was not so prosecuted at that time.
I leveled up my new char and i used a taxi/medic/barter to support him. Every time i parked this taxi to the corner of the map, so he was not visible to critters ,then i started to kill scorpions. In one ecnouter, i had badluck, because somebody else entered the location. I sayed hello to him, but he started to shoot me. After few bullet exchange party, i was on ground with some minus HP, but i was not dead. He came to me and write some bull...ts and he laughed. I that moment, i ran with my medic to my body, i used FA, i stood up and i killed him with my new character. That was funny..

After making my first 100k caps, I let myself spend a little. Went to Hub, to big gun seller (jacob or something), and bought BoS (!)(yes, he sometimes have BoS or other CAs) armor, avenger, some ammo. I am 'low hp' biggunner on mid level so I was kinda afraid of PK. My tent is 2 'squares' from hub, so I headed there as usual. Boom, random encounter. 3 BGs with loads of hp and bos/avengers. I thought "I'm fucked." But they've said "another bigguner? good for you, we only pk nonbigguners and bluesuits". Back on world map, going to tent. Boom, another random. Scorpions. Burst, burst, burst (I didn't care about ammo, 5mm jhps are so cheap ;D). I was ready to exit that map when sniper came from nowhere. One minute of silence. Neither of us moved. Then we just walk away. I was close enough to burst him to dead, and he was far enough to headshot me to death. Back on world map. Second away from tent another random (ffs..). Pk naders. 2 of them. Loads of hp and metal mk2 armors. Run away mode on. I run with 2 hp.
That wasn't funniest, it was rather 'most annoying/scary' ;D

I think that the majority of Fonliners remeber a particular time in January when the game we all love changed it's name to Foffline due to lack of donations to keep the server running. Well back in that dreadful time me and my two friends have managed to trick one of our gang mates to believe that Fonline will be permanently Pay to Play. In the sense that those who play will have certain advantages over those who don't contribute, such as faster exp, no lvl cap, slower critters in real time and so on. He was so pissed off that he rage quited from IRC, and returned after a couple of days.

Since Broken Hills is regularly populated by jackasses 24/7 with nothing else better to do, I take it upon myself to troll them as much as I possibly can, since I have no life.
Skillfully checking the town map, to see if they are camping the entrances. So far, my successful missions have been....
1. Linger around the entrances while shouting beastie boys lyrics. "Hey doc, what's the condition ? IMA MAN THAT'S ON A MISSION"
2. Sneak into Broken hills at 5am GMT, then put about 12 cow shits in the middle of the south west ends courtyard.
3. My other char has 200+hp, so at one point I let someone with a minigun do 6 sprays at me, cos he sucked, especially with high fa, when I finally died I said "ALWAYS USE PROTECTION" *I was carrying condoms at the time*, poor guy wasted so much AP ammo.
4. Run around screaming lololololo with 301% sneak at night.
5. I ran in once, not carrying anything knowing I don't want to give them anything if I die, top right of BH, sneak peak around the corner, 2 guys waiting there, so I head back to the north east exit, I run past some guy in a CLJ carrying a sniper rifle probably, I quickly say "They want more ammo", he says "k", a few meters later, stops, and sorta goes "Hey, wait a minute.."..
6. Take 3 plasma grenades to the face while running, around a grenadier in a circle, live and walk straight out.
7. disguise myself during a town take over, wearing a combat armour and using a plasma rifle, they didn't notice till I was sneaking out, made it out anyways.
8. Left a few cow shits in a smilie face formation outside the mine.
9. Hide inside the building outside the mine entrance, someone enters, killed them with a sledgehammer, I shout "I GOT THE FLAG", unfortunately I had the pleasure of being minigunned for 200 out of god damn nowhere.
10. No one has replied to my super secret radio channel that I left there :<
11. Run around shouting lolololo (Very effective when there's only a couple of guards, Sir Hubertus the asshole in particular), If there's only a couple, they have to run around from exit to exit, it gets super funny when you leave them condoms.

my sg died and I had to use my big gunner to craft some miniguns to get some money back. Mined some hq iron ore in bh then go back to ncr to craft something ... then I hit an underground shelter. Had to drop all my ore mined to pick up the stuff in there. Namefully a gauss pistol and a gatling laser, among some armor, meds, etc.
I also took a screen :)

That happened to me and my friend, we wet our pants, first it happened for him, then it happened for me, then it happened on his other character.
Too bad there's no point in using the gauss pistol, no ammo and I don't like giving to charity.

aw man makes me wish I had a high sneak character, how did you get him such high sneak?

Ghost gives you 30%+ in dark places, so technically only occurs at night or within mines, silent running is also really useful.
Other than that, 10 agility, 10 intelligence and put as much as possible into Sneak. It took me ages to get to level 21 even then its not worth it since your instantly detected within 3 hexes, and it was a melee char (Which is pretty bad in itself as anything other than a ripper sucks badly) and there are quite a few people in BH who have high perception and use sniper rifles. I don't go there anymore since I don't use my energy char that often and have just under 1000 mfc anyways.

Oh god, I love that, I decide to use a sniper rifle for once on my new small guns char, after deciding level 16 is enough.
First encounter, press gang, I go turn based since I'm fucked otherwise, I magically spawn inside a building, basically the turns are taking freakin' ages, thats understandable sometimes the ai acts up but then I see out the window lasers and rockets flying all over the place.
From that instance I know I'm for some fuck. So 7 minutes later and waiting, while being attacked by 2 press gang melees.
I realize, I'm against a 6 man polish pimp squad all in Brotherhood armor with energy weapons, P90's, rocketlaunchers, laser gattlings and most of them on drugs, or atleast one was.
Rape, yay.
Moral of the story, San Fran is full of shit.
EDIT: I went back to broken hills. Even though its owned by an "Anti PK agency", still, I brought a laser pistol incase.

And also to your credit, the anti pk'ers were actually inside BH mine, I wanted to join them to wait out my gather cooldown but when I got back all I found was some russian guy trying to ask me something, so I just said "Peace" to make him go away.

i was hunting armored people whit SniperLag. I saw a metal armor like people,crippeled his right arm, took his laser rifle on the ground. Than i crippeled his left arm and took his laser pistol from the ground,after that i knocked him out and used steal on him, took everything he got,exept armor

Some time ago, I was hunting with, like 4 friends of my faction (only Brazilians). Then we suddenly found an encounter empty, with a cave. Well, dunno about the other guys but I knew that has people inside.
Boy... we run half cave to find 5 guys with metal, bazooka, sniper, etc (from Argentina). Our natural rivals... then our clients began to crash. We: "O.o WTF!?"
Later we know that our client was outdated... Buts was funny. We killed 2 before we crash :P

i am a solo player that has played this game in the past in its earlier stages of development. ive always been a pretty big fan of solo pvp and taking on hard fights, despite the likely outcomes.
so anyway, im in NCR and overhear this guy named Suou trying to buy a faction base for 100k, and that he was going to meet some people somewhere. Whatever, I thought, you see people's whisper conversations all the time if you're just running through.
So I leave NCR and start looking for some pvp. Not much time has passed before I realize I forgot to bring ammo, so I went back to my tent, which is considerably closer to vault 15. After I get some ammo, I decide to check out V15. Looking at the map before I load in, I spot Suou wearing Combat Armor MK2, Laser Rifle, and 220ish HP.
At the time, I was a level 17, 148 hp SG sniper with night person perk for uber perception at night time. Luckily... it is infact night time. I decide, hey, what the hell, all I have is metal armor MK2 and an assault rifle. I might as well give it a shot.
So I sneak up, and load in. Suou doesn't see me because its night and my sneak is actually pretty good. I start opening up on him with some arm shots from outside his perception range.. AND HE SEEMS TO BE UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE HE WAS GETTING SHOT. 4 or 5 shots in, hes down to 180 hp, and I crippled his arm, made him drop his weapon. Miraculously, he doctors himself, picks his gun up, stims himself up, runs away, drugs up, and begins to start fighting back. This whole time he is doing this, I have been laying into him with shot after shot from outside his range. He was attempting to use the shed in the middle of the map to give me line of sight issues, but he never knew where I was so he wasn't really doing anything but running around stupidly.
Anyway, I get him down pretty low and decide, there is no way he will be able to kill me, so I move into close range and start layin down some more pain. His laser rifle was largely ineffective against my metal armor 2, but he did manage to knock me out with a 5-dmg head crit, and he almost got away. Buuut, I had crippled his leg so he was forced to walk out, and I got up in time, and planted a few in his back. He keels over, I run up and say, "Good Fight"
I go to loot... AND HE HAS 100,000 CAPS ON HIM FROM TRYING TO BUY A FACTION BASE! LOOOOL!

I was in vault city inner city with daypass. Some dude steals it and I didn't notice. When he tries to get close to me again I start running away because I'm thinking he's a scammer or thief. He's running after me and shouting something like "No man wait!" I run towards the gate, get shot for not having a daypass and drop a ton of stuff. The same dude picks it all up and explains to my dead body: "I stole your daypass but wanted to give it back, that's why I shouted to you". So I get back to vc, the dude gives everything back and is actually really sorry for what happened. Lol all he wanted was to fool around a little.
Another case goes back to the times of rednick flagging. So there's a rednick standing in the ncr scrapyard and I'm thinking hey free kill. I torch the guy with flamer, but didn't notice there is a hidden brahmin behind the junk props. So the dude didn't even die and town guard blasts me.
This one is also from the rednick era. I come to junktown, see a dude with red nick written in caps. I immediately shoot him, get blasted by town guard and realize that the person was just shouting.
I was crafting with my brah in ncr. I got tired of speaking and bartering my stuff back and so forth I just decided to steal the stuff from the brahmin. Of course I get caught and town guard shoots me.
The moment I noticed brahmins can throw plasma grenades.
I go to loot... AND HE HAS 100,000 CAPS ON HIM FROM TRYING TO BUY A FACTION BASE! LOOOOL!

just earlier today I was hunting caravans and npc's when some guy came in to crash my raiding. Though I had a minigun and he spawned next to me ... so rip. But then rollback ... meh. All items back to where they were ... then I came back to hunt again. He came again and died a second time, but this time I don't think there'll be a rollback. Pretty stupid of him.
