Title: bug? 15% smallgun bonus at gunrunners

i read that you could use mentats to get your charisma up to 3 and talk to the guard at gunrunners to get the +15% small gun skill, i have dun this b4

this time however i talked to him b4 i used the mentats and now he just pukes when i try and talk to him even after i used the mentats

bug or is he just aware of how ugly i realy am?

What was your CH BEFORE and AFTER using the mentats?

its 1 normaly and 3 after the mentats,.

i think i know what i did wrong , i talked to him b4 i used the mentats, so i fugd it up
or might it be cus i have over 100 BG skill,.
i have less than 50% Sg

only works if you're level 1... and have 3 charisma, mentats can be used for the charisma, but I bet you 7 mil you can't nerf yuourself down to lvl 1...

No, you can do it after level 1, but your problem is that you had 100% BG skill. If you have a lot of skill in any of the three (SG, BG, EW), then you can't get it.
