Title: Quests.

Quests

NCR
Iguana bob needs you help to restock his shop.

Skills you need
Nothing.

Items what he need
- Scorpion tails (5)
- Flowers (2)
- Xander Root (5)
- Antidote (3)
- Weak Healing Powder (3)
- Sledgehammer (2)
- Knife (3)

Rewards
- Collecting 1 of these items(set) (Scorpions tails, Xander Root, Antidote, flowers) you gained 30 exp.
- Collecting 2 of these items(set) (Scorpions tails, Xander Root, Antidote) you gained  60 exp.
- Collecting 1 of these items(set) (Knife, Sledgehammer, Weak Healing Powder) you gained 70 exp.
- Collecting 2 of these items(set) (Knife, Sledgehammer, Weak Healing Powder) you gained 100 exp.

Better rewards
- Collecting all these items(set) (Knife, Sledgehammer, Weak Healing Powder,) he give you 15% discount to shop.

Junktown
Boyce got boring and need something to repair.

Skills you need
CH 3

Items you need
- Tool
- .44 revolver/.44 desert eagle more than 0% detoration.

Rewards
- 0% revolver/eagle
- 50 .44 ammo
- 50 exp

Junktown part2
Boyce need again you help.. one of his guards in junktown mines don't stop shooting and killing people. you can take care of him.

Skills you need
CH 3

Other reguirements
Lvl 5
Able to win junktown scout (52 hp)

Items you need
Weapon to take care of scout

Rewards
300 exp
+50 rep with junktown

but again, the alt paranoia, "and others will make 100 alts to do the jobs and get so rich they can buy bunker"

You could say that about every single quest in the game...

+1 More quests is always good. And it's funny because the Iguna Guy in NCR almost never restocks, always gets killed by players, and has crappy items. (So he needs a lot of help)

Reason being is because he is stealable.

Well, the items needed are quite impossible. The iguana guy is not interested in firearms. So youd make a quest and instead of prizes youd get a discount at this Vendor (20%?) The sale and buy price would lower by 20% of course while at other Vendors your sale price so it wouldnt be exploited

 :-\ 300 caps for minerals. You must be joking. Every 20 mins Id earn about 3000 caps...  :-X thats pretty a lot. Rewards should be in experience not in caps, because I could just buy iron ore in NCR at another vendor and sell it to the Iguana Vendor.

OK, but there should be some big cooldown on that I guess? Anyway, its not good. There shouldnt be single items just some set of them so that 1 questgiver gives you 1 quest. Why? Because even if it was 24hrs cooldown it would be just too much and you could level with that technique quite fast from lvl 1

EDIT: Oh I got it. However if you still think it should be multi-quest NPC the rewards should not be more than 10xp for meat jerky, scorpion tails or flowers and the iron ore/minerals should not be there. Simply you can mine quite easily. Its much harder to find a flint in the begining etc.

Deleted iron ore and minerals from list and reduced little exp rewards and discount too.

great now its impossible to trade with him, because for some reason, it doesnt let you talk to him through the stand, although, you used to be able to, like when I first started playing, its somehow bugged now.

Developers don't lack ideas of quests. They lack time to write their dialogue. Throwing out random ideas here is, by then, quite useless - I suggest you to write your own quests. These two links will help you :

Whoa wait! We can simply write random quests and send them in for the heck of it? Regardless as to whether or not we got accepted into the team? Omg, that makes me wonder if I wait for the contest results or just start sending in material ...

I'm not talking about the contest, but the thread I linked contains the quality requirements for quests. I'm just saying that your suggestion has more chance to be implemented if you join the .fodlg rather than if you just throw out the idea. Nothing more.
