Title: no more Marauders betuin NCR and NCR respawn

it sux,you respawned near NCR, got killed by Morouders becoze i just respawned ,is not good,i mean,move them a little bit to teh west

Never had that in realtime.
If I encounter them, I always get out in time using realtime combat.

Besides, it's not like someone is forcing you to go to NCR from that spawn or to take the shortest route.

I like to kill them and get 10mm SMG and ammo :)

yes, i have a base near marauders spawn and i dont wanna change it.

( ~800 ammo 10mm jhp for one enco with 3 guys 10mm smgs )

I was posting this many times. With all this newbies being in NCR marauders are a nail to the coffin of somebody grief at the game. However, most of the time I encounter them on the way to the vault and up a little(the east one 15?) which is good, because it should be risky but sometimes I find them next, west of NCR which grieves me a lot (another hammer lost). They could be less scattered...

The entire Encounter distribution has already been redone (to the degree where it can begin being tested), its just waiting for an update now.
