not in a "I need a suggestion" (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?board=4.0) purpose...  ::)

I think that your thread will be moved, but
1) what is the purpose of your char?

Do you have more chars or you want play with one(this)? Do you want join PvP often or not..

2) You need drug char to join pvp if you want save your sanity, drug chars are very different from basic ones

BG whit finesse, finesse reduces the dmg of every bullet by 25%,not good

and Endurance and Agility shoud allways be a pair number
you will need str 7 ag at least 6 end at least 8,LK at least 6(for tougfness).Good Traints for BG build:Fast Shot(musthave) and heavy handed, never take Bruzer,i whoud rather lose 2 points from Agility rather than losing 2 AP(4Ag)

It's very dumb. Here are some comments

S: 6 - Minigun requires 7, all you could use is LSW and flamer, but these guns are useless and LSW can't be crafted.
P: 7 - BGs don't need it as much as SGs, you can lower it to 6, but if you make L1 you can keep it 7.
E: 5 - If not powerbuild, you are fine.
C: 3 - If it is your powerbuild, lower it to 1, if you want it as main char, keep it 3. Nothing wrong with this one.
I: 7 - You can keep it.
A: 6 + SF - If you make L1 put it 7.
L: 6 - Big guns don't need this at all as you will mostly do an instant kill. Feel free to lower it to 1. I have L1 myself and it isn't actually that bad.

Finnese - for gods sake, change it to Fast shot. You will find it WAY more valuable. Finnese is useless for BGs.
Small frame - you won't be able to carry much. Avenger weights 12 kg, while you will be able to carry about 50. That's almost no place for loot. Bloody mess doesn't do anything as BGs always shreds in pieces, not recomending. Best to not select second trait or keep bloody mess for fun.

Big guns, repair, science - You are fine.

Care to tell me what perks are you gonna take?

Endurance+Agility have to be even numbers or you had wasted a point. For every 2 points in End you get 1HP per lvl. For every 2 points in Agility you get 1 AP.

One of my BG bursters that run on jet, nukas and cigs:

http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/9378/chigurh.jpg (http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/9378/chigurh.jpg)

Its near perfect. Only drawback is its low carry weight, but as a fighter, large CW aint needed.

ST 4 gets compensated by weapon handling
PE 6 is cool if you aint using psycho. If you use psycho, lower it to 1.
EN 10 is just for being a HP hog...
CH 1 is for being powerbuild.
blah blah
LK 6 is for perks. Most of the juicy, good combat perks are gotten at LK6. So dont listen who say you have to get luck 1.

Thanks for the answers, and yeah, this will be mine main char. Are you sure about CH and LK 1? With 1 CH I can't trade with Traders. And about Perks... Which perks should I take?

God you give some very bad advice oO

It's very dumb. Here are some comments

S: 6 - Minigun requires 7, all you could use is LSW and flamer, but these guns are useless and LSW can't be crafted. Note that do only -20% ToHit if you miss only 1 in ST, so with enough skill, not so bad. But surely 7 better.
P: 7 - BGs don't need it as much as SGs, you can lower it to 6, but if you make L1 you can keep it 7. Ok
E: 5 - If not powerbuild, you are fine. NOOO! Always even number for EN and AG!
C: 3 - If it is your powerbuild, lower it to 1, if you want it as main char, keep it 3. Nothing wrong with this one. Well even for main 1 can be enough. A choice.
I: 7 - You can keep it. Yep, but check: maybe you will have enough with 6.
A: 6 + SF - If you make L1 put it 7. Even number would be better, so 6 or 8, 7 only if you want BRoF and can't spare another point.
L: 6 - Big guns don't need this at all as you will mostly do an instant kill. Feel free to lower it to 1. I have L1 myself and it isn't actually that bad. Well, almost all the fighting perk require 6 Luck... If you want stand a chance in fight, you need it.

Finnese - for gods sake, change it to Fast shot. You will find it WAY more valuable. Finnese is useless for BGs. Totally agree.
Small frame - you won't be able to carry much. Avenger weights 12 kg, while you will be able to carry about 50. That's almost no place for loot. Sure but 1 more Special can help much... And with 7 ST it's not so bad. Well it's a choice

Big guns, repair, science - You are fine.

About Charisma - As it's hes first character, it's better to be 3.
Endurance and Agility - Dunno, I live perfectly even without even these two stats.
Strength - Those 20% are really valuable in the first levels :P

Also, I'm trying to make it newbie-safe as much as it could be. Dunno, all builds I make they come out pretty good, could this be my fail-build?

Then you have wasted points. Only reason to have uneven AG for non-drugie char is 7 for BROF. There is no reason for odd END.

Your char is like from the movie, the guy (Chigurh) was constantly patching himself up :D Funny

this is f...d build because you lost 2 special points.. total HP with endurance 5 = total HP with endurance 4. Also, if you have agility 7, you have same amount of action points like if you have only 6. So EN and AG make ALWAYS even numbers (2,4,6,8 or 10).

does not matter .. you can even special points with drugs but without effect to maximum HP.. if krameont want that char, he should have 4 EN and 8 AG or 6 AG and 6 EN (depends on his perks).

and of course, LK: 5 is mistake: LK: 1 or 6 or 10 depends of perks he wants to take.. lk 5 is wasted 4 points..

Besides the build question...if you are new to the game and play alone i highly suggest you to try another build for the beginning. Seriously...supplying a big gunner with weapons and ammo is hard when you just play for the first time. Its even harder if you intend to use this char for everything else like trading, mining, travelling and crafting. Its only an advice, you can still try it. And dont listen do Haraldx ;P

You could try this build:

St:   4
PE:  6
EN:  8
CH:  3
INT: 6
AG:  8 (10AP with Nuka)
LK:  6

Traits: Small Frame; Fast shot

Perks: 1x toughness, 1x pack rat, 1xlifegiver, Weapon handling, 2xbrd, brof

This is mainly my build i just exchanged 1x toughness with 1x pack rat (has no requirements) otherwise it would be very hard to carry your equipment and loot. Also traded two points from endurance for 2 more points in charisma so you will be able to trade everywhere. Not a pure powerbuild though but it might fit your requirements pretty well. If someone has additions, feel free to comment.
