I can start this topic showing my build and next poster rate my build (with comments and numbers 1(bad)-5(best))

Unless you're planning on using a H&K G11E (doubt they exist in-game) or a H&K CAWS or are regularly have packed, you can reduce strength by 1.
Strenght 5 is needed for the best small guns.
Assuming that with 7 perception you're planning on using an assault rifle or perhaps another burst weapon at some point.
You could take the trait Fast Shot instead of Small Frame (-1 AG, but you can use the -1 strength to counter that).
Personally I never liked Fast Metabolism as I never saw what's good for.
I prefer Good Natured over it, to get your FA to at least 40%.
That way you can make weak healing powder which you can sell or trade with certain traders for 40 caps.

Which is probably why he tagged science and repair.

To be honest, this build is is bad. Why? Well, never ever drop Luck below 6 points if your character should be a decent fighter. You will miss the best perks no matter if you are going to be a burster or sniper. You wont be able to get either bonus ranged damage nor more criticals. Furthermore with such a low value in luck you will be more likely to produce a "critical miss" which may result in dropping your weapon, loosing your next turn/ammo or even the gun exploding in your hands.
Int could be dropped to 6, AGI to 8 (use 2 Nukas to get 10AP, its only 3 caps per bottle and can be bought at the skum pits bar in junktown) and Strength could be dropped to 5 and you will still be able to use the best small guns except jackhammer. This way you would get 4 more points to spend on luck enabling the perks you need. Rest seems ok to me, you will be able to barter. 7PE is ok and can be raised with Sharpshooter later anyway.
Dont take fast shot unless you decide you are going to be a burster.

You forgot tommy gun need ST 6 :P
I tested this character for most of my guys and it work great.
Maybe just LK little fail sometimes...

Use jet a lot and prefer tb so thats why i took kamikaze, at 21 i can have 3 mercs, 200 hp , burst 4 times per round with p90 and
enjoy the toughness bonuses.

You're going to be very dependent on your friends with cha1.

Thx, i know that. We already have someone to lead groups and trade with high OD + 2x Pathfinder. As i mentioned, this char is supposed to support when hunting Frisco caravans or Unity patrols for example. So what do you think, not regarding the low charisma?

I am playing this char (with minor change) since two wipe, and even with jet addiction, you can solo a SF caravan with your metal and your LSW (it work with BA avenger as well). But can't carry the loot after ;p
It is the best "jet only" big gun you can do (except I prefer another livegiver to another toughness).

You should take doctor instead of unarmed. It's pretty good to level 2 or 3 levels but then it starts to be very useless. Besides you can take Living Anatomy then.

@ original build post: The only small gun, apart from those weapons only available in special encounters (Guass Rifle) is the Tommy Gun, which is a crappy weapon anyway. So just make it 5 Strength.

Carry-weight it just 45 pounds then and then i must waste perk to ratpack :P
Edit: well i take anyway ratpack even i have ST 6 so...

Ohh the 2nd toughness is because i didnt really have use for more criticals, and the later perks i needed for other things like lifegivers and brof,
had no room for 2x action boys. Since i am an semi-leader i figured i want some extra def because losing muties always hurts, at most i could
have taken 2nd brd instead of it, which now thinking might have been better choice.
Thanks for the tip, maybe ill someday remake the char and try to perfect it more.

Weapon: 223 pistol or sniper rifle
Perks: 1x toughness or earlier sequence; 1x more criticals; 1x better criticals; 1x Brof; 2x action boy, 1x weapon handling
Kamikaze should always grant the first turn in TB combat and with all buffs this char gets either 3x eyeshots with 223 pistol or 2x eyeshots with the sniper rifle. Not used in TC due to low HP!

Well...considering that Luck 2 is already pretty bad, Luck 1 doenst make it better.
But if you like fireworks in your hands, you could of course take it. I would still go for Luck=6.

Anyways I've been doing pretty well with it, lvl 19 so far. Its brutal with damage and the mercs n slaves soak up plenty damage to make up for not having any toughness perks, and I don't normally have to worry about getting killed too easily because you'll end up with 200 hp.
P.S. Its good on its own but I made the build to be a nuka cig and jet addict.

Luck is nice, but i take it just EW user if i made.
